April 6 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

April 6 / 10 a.m. / FREE

Learn to use the Merlin Bird ID app to improve your identification of birds, by sight or sound! Join instructors Steve Luke and Lauren McDougle from the Howard County Bird Club for a two hour-long workshop on how to use the Merlin app.  The class will be indoors and hands-on, followed by an outdoor test-run along Howard County Conservancy trails.  Participants need to have a smart phone and should download the Merlin app before the workshop.  This class is for everyone – no experience or expertise necessary.  Dress for the weather and bring binoculars.
