Forest Bathing Information Session

March 2 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Mar 2 / 11 a.m. / FREE

Step into the world of healing at our Forest Bathing information session, where ancient Japanese techniques meet the latest wellness trends! Forget the boring routines because, guess what? Studies show that hanging out in the woods isn’t just for animals or birds – we’re talking stress relief, boosted immune systems, and better sleep! Join us to learn about the benefits of this activity for holistic health and wellness, take part in a few demonstrations to give you a taste of the experience, and find out about future forest bathing programs. Mental wellness and emotional balance is important for all ages! Teens, this is your moment – join us, connect, and discover meaningful ways to give back to your community.

This is a walk-in program, registration not required. The first half will be a presentation, followed by a series of short activities and the second half the leader will be answering questions at an info table. Participants should meet in the downstairs Nature Center area.

If you have any questions, please email programs@howardnature.org.
