Preschool teachers looking to connect their students to nature have a new option from the Conservancy. Jess Caylor, our director of early childhood education, is newly certified by the Maryland State Department of Education to introduce traditional preschool teachers to nature-based learning. Through the use of natural materials and taking learning outside, we explore the many ways that nature-based education supports holistic learning experiences for all children.
