Come explore your creative side and make beautiful nature creations with painter and Park Ranger Ed Johnson. Materials, instructions and a helping hand will be provided as you create your own masterpiece. All supplies including the 16x20 canvases will be provided. Hike to the Patapsco River / FREE

Join us for a long, scenic hike from our nature center at Belmont to the Patapsco River.  At the River, learn about the Wanderlusters in Patapsco State Park and their connection to the women's suffrage movement. The hike returns to the nature center through the beautiful forest. This moderate to strenuous 4.5-mile hike will last up to 2.5 hours. Trails consist of hills, uneven ground and some rocky areas. All other program fees are non-refundable and support educational programs at the Conservancy. Organized groups may not be able to be accommodated at our free programs.
