Strengthen the connection between your mind, body, and soul while taking in the sights and sounds of the natural world. Yoga Love’s Jenny Park will be leading an outdoor (weather-permitting) yoga class from 10am-11am. Then Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Tom Wardell will be leading a forest bathing session from 11:15am-1pm.
Details and Info:
- The yoga session will begin on the deck of the Gudelsky Environmental Education Center (large gray building) promptly at 10am and will be approximately an hour long.
- The forest bathing session will begin in front of the Nature Center (lower level of the Gudelsky Environmental Education Center) at 11:15 am and will be approximately an hour and a half to two hours long.
- Please remember to dress for the weather and bring your reusable water bottle.
- This program is best suited to adults and interested children over 12 years old (accompanied by an adult).
- Though dogs on leash are permitted on our grounds, please refrain from bringing your pet to this program.
Space limited, advance registration required. This program consists of two separate activities. Attendees may register for just one of these activities ($10 each), or both ($20).

Online registration ends 24 hours prior to the event. If a program is canceled by the Conservancy, participants will be notified and offered a refund. All other program fees are non-refundable and support educational programs at the Conservancy. Organized groups may not be able to be accommodated at our free programs. Please contact the Conservancy about scheduling a separate program for your group.
