Black Birders Week Bird Walk

June 1 @ 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Bluebird on branch by Tim Phillips

Jun 1 / 8a.m. / FREE

Join Howard County Bird Club and Howard County Conservancy during Black Birders Week! Enjoy a morning bird walk for both seasoned bird watchers and first-timers to hike our trails and learn from each other. Easy walking trails through the fields of Mt Pleasant Farm provide great opportunities for spotting species in various habitats and flyovers. Tree lines, hedgerows and streams provide opportunity for non-meadow species. Meet at parking lot near the barn. Facilities available. Don’t forget your binoculars!

Leaders: Kojo Baidoo, Teresa Spencer and Mary Lou Clark with guest photographer Desmond Johnson
