Who better to tell the history of Belmont Manor and Historic Park then a descendant of one of the original family members, the Dorsey’s? Enjoy this easy hike with Fred Dorsey around Belmont’s grounds as local historian, Fred Dorsey, shares highlights of both the family and the property’s history. Learn about the Dorsey family’s part in Howard County’s industrial revolution as well as the importance of Belmont to the Howard County Community.
Advance registration recommended, as program may sell out. Check website if weather is questionable.
Online registration ends 24 hours prior to the event. If a program is canceled by the Conservancy, participants will be notified and offered a refund. All other program fees are non-refundable and support educational programs at the Conservancy. Organized groups may not be able to be accommodated at our free programs.
