A Playdate with Nature

Join the Howard County Conservancy’s Nature Preschool Director for a morning of outdoor adventures and nature-based learning. Children and their caregivers are invited for a hike followed by intentional and open-ended activities in the forest! Learn tips and tricks to get your young naturalist engaged with the world around them! Best suited for children ages 3-5 with a caregiver present.
Program Details and Info:
- The program will begin in front of the Gudelsky Environmental Education Center (large gray building) promptly at 10:00am and will be approximately two hours long.
- Please remember to dress for the weather and bring your reusable water bottle.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the program
- Though dogs on leash are permitted on our grounds, no pets will be allowed at this program.
Space limited, advance registration required, $10 per child.
Register Now!Online registration ends 24 hours prior to the event. If a program is canceled by the Conservancy, participants will be notified and offered a refund. All other program fees are non-refundable and support educational programs at the Conservancy. Organized groups may not be able to be accommodated at our free programs. Please contact the Conservancy about scheduling a separate program for your group.
